We're also proud to welcome the family and friends of Sophie's Sunflower Fund as this weeks bucket collectors. Unfortuntely, Sophie contracted Pneumococcal Meningitis earlier this year, which caused blood clots and swelling to Sophie’s brain resulting in damage to the brain stem. Sophie is currently on life-support systems, unable to move, and dependent on a tracheotomy to help her breathe. Sophie’s Aunt, Bev Corcoran has started a Sophie’s Sunflower Fund campaign aiming to raise £5,000 and along with family members will manage bucket collections just before the game.
