POYA ASBAGHI
Swedish coach Poya Asbaghi became first team boss here at Oakwell in November of 2021 following the departure of Markus Schopp.
Joining the Reds after a successful stint managing the Swedish U21 setup, Asbaghi had already achieved success at club level in his homeland.
He enjoyed a two-year spell with IFK Goteborg who he led to a Swedish Cup triumph in 2019/20.
