MICHAŁ HELIK
Polish centre back Michał Helik was a summer arrival of 2020, joining the Reds on a three-year deal from Polish cup winners KS Cracovia.
Tall, commanding and a real threat from set-plays, Helik at 25 added further experience to a young Reds squad ahead of the 2020/21 Sky Bet Championship campaign.
He made an enormous impact in his debut season in South Yorkshire, both defensively and in front of goal as the Reds made the play-off semi-final. His efforts saw him receive his first international call-ups and inclusion in Poland's EURO 2020 squad.
Michał was voted Player of the Season by Reds supporters in 2020/21.
