MATTY PEARSON
Signed on the eve of the 2017/18 season, Pearson has had to work his way up the divisions in his career so far.
A product of the youh system of Blackburn Rovers, Matty had to find games with Rochdale before a superb spell at Halifax Town FC.
He joined and became a real stalwart with Accrington Stanley and his fantastic 2016/17 campaign for Stanley saw him catapulted into Championship football with the Reds.
The versatile defender has been in and out of the Reds side since, with injuries disrupting his first season at Oakwell.
