CAMERON McGEEHAN

The driving force behind the re-emergence of Luton Town in recent years, Cameron suffered a horrific leg-break in January of 2017 which scuppered an earlier move to the Reds.

But Barnsley's interest remained and the club made McGeehan one of their first signings of the summer of 2017, bringing the elegant midfielder to Oakwell on a three-year deal.

Cameron spent time with Chelsea and Norwich in his formative years and has represented Northern Ireland at U21 level.

After failing to secure a regular spot in the team in 2017/18, McGeehan joined Scunthorpe on loan in January 2018 in order to gain vital match practice ahead of the next campaign.

Back at Oakwell and very much a key player in the 2018/19 campaign, McGeehan notably scored his first goal of the season against his former club in a 3-2 victory over Luton.

Named in the Team of the Season for Sky Bet League One as the Reds finished runners-up.

Cam struggled for game-time in the 2019/20 season, particularly once Gerhard Struber arrived and left for Sky Bet League One outfit Portsmouth on loan once the January transfer window opened.
