Jordan Williams reacted to our victory over Wycombe Wanderers for iFollow Barnsley.
The 24-year-old led the side to a 4-2 victory at Adams Park, the Reds having to come from behind twice to secure a tenth victory on the road this campaign.
Williams even chipped in with two assists, producing an energetic display on the right flank on Saturday afternoon in Buckinghamshire.
"When we showed a bit of quality, we hurt them," began the skipper. "I think at times we were lacking in quality and you could see that. But I think with we've dug deep as a team, we've come from behind twice and that shows the mentality in the squad is second to none and I think it just keeps improving throughout the season.
"We've just got to keep grinding the wins and that's the main thing at this stage of the season."
