John McAtee enjoyed a dazzling December in front of goal, scoring four goals and assisting for Devante Cole, who himself notched three goals and an assist last month.
Maël de Gevigney produced some solid displays at the back, looking to build attacks from defence. The Frenchman assisted twice during December, including for McAtee's Boxing Day stunner; the centre-back tenaciously winning the ball back high up the pitch.
Goals from midfield were a feature last month, with Adam Phillips getting off the mark for the campaign against Charlton Athletic at Oakwell before adding to his tally with a header against Port Vale.
Herbie Kane also enjoyed a stellar month, scoring three goals and creating three for his teammates. Kane and Phillips linked up twice, our number eight providing the chances for Phillo who finished with aplomb on both occasions.
