TICKETS | BOLTON WANDERERS (A)

18 January 2024

Ticket details have been confirmed for the game with Bolton Wanderers at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.

The match on Saturday 3rd February is a 3pm kick off and the Reds have been issued an initial allocation of 2,117 tickets. This match is an ALL TICKET fixture which means there will be no sales on the day to Reds supporters.

The Toughsheet Community Stadium is a cashless stadium which also includes any car parks.

Supporters will be allocated 1 loyalty point for purchasing their tickets in advance. If you are purchasing away game and cup tickets for other people, you must correctly assign the ticket to each individual for every game, even when tickets are on general sale. This will enable us to offer the correct privileges to supporters on occasions when tickets are on restricted sales in the category system.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TICKET STUBS WHEN TICKETS ARE ON RESTRICTED SALE. ONLY TICKETS PURCHASED IN ADVANCE AND CORRECTLY ASSIGNED WILL COUNT TOWARDS ANY REQUESTED QUALIFYING CRITERIA.

Tickets will be sold in the following order. Due to us only just receiving the tickets, we will have two points levels each day:

9am Friday 19th January

Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders with 180+ loyalty points, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Monday 22nd January

Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders with 160+ loyalty points, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Tuesday 23rd January

Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders with 100+ loyalty points, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Wednesday 24th January

Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders and Centenary Members, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Thursday 25th January

Tickets go on general sale. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters, then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts. Tickets will need to be allocated to the individual supporters when purchasing online.

Tickets go OFF sale at the Oakwell Box Office at 12pm on Friday 2nd February. All ticket sales and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds past this date. Any tickets which remain at the Oakwell Box Office up until 3pm on Friday 2nd February will be sent to Bolton Wanderers for collection on the day.

The visitors’ car park is Car Park A. Please head for this car park on arrival. The prices for the car parking is at £8 per car, £12 per minibus and £20 per coach. Payment for the car parking can be made the following ways:

ANPR cameras have now been installed across all Stadium car parks which work in tandem with Parking Eye’s secure portal www.parkgood2go.com

The club primarily encourages supporters and other visitors to utilise www.parkgood2go.com for match day payments. The portal allows users to register their number plate and payment details and once registered, the ANPR cameras will recognise the number plate as the vehicle enters into the stadium car park and payment will automatically be taken.

The vehicle will then be recognised every time it enters the car parks – so there’s no need to register and pay every time or to visit a kiosk to make payment.

Payment can also be made via the PayByPhone app, which is available to download for free on mobile phones. The app is easy to use and payment can be made at any time up until midnight on the day of parking. Supporters and other visitors can also pay via the PayByPhone website or by calling 0330 400 7275.

Please note that unlike the www.parkgood2go.com online portal, supporters will need to make payment via PayByPhone every time they enter the car parks.

In addition to the above options, supporters can also simply make a contactless card payment via one of the payment kiosks that will be in place in all car parks.

The easiest and most convenient way to purchase tickets is online at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc.

Should anyone have any problems with purchasing online then they can contact us via email to boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk

There will be a £1 per transaction booking fee for tickets for collection and there will be a £2 per transaction postage fee for tickets purchased to be posted.

The postage deadline for this game is 3pm Wednesday 31st January.
