Whilst the Reds go into this weekend sitting 4th in the Sky Bet League One table and face the side 23rd, our head coach is taking nothing for granted, knowing the Reds have to improve in certain areas if they're to take all three points.
With a third of the season remaining, there's plenty at stake. With results pivotal for the Reds in their aim for promotion, the Cod Army are desperate to avoid the drop.
Neill explained, telling us: “I think over the past few weeks the results around the league have really highlighted just how difficult every game is going to be between now and the end of the season. This Saturday will be no different. While Fleetwood are around the bottom of the table right now they have significantly improved under Charlie Adam and will be fighting for their lives so will provide another stern test."
Collins is confident that his charges will be ready for the test in front of them tomorrow.
"One thing that can’t be questioned is our players' determination and passion. They have kept going right to the final whistle in the last two games and have rescued points when it has looked like we might go home empty-handed. We will need all of that fight plus our undoubted quality this weekend as we hope to send another sell-out away crowd home happy."
