Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Aiden Marsh has joined York City on a one-month youth loan deal.
The 20-year-old striker will link up with Neil Ardley at the Minstermen and could be in contention to feature this weekend for their trip to Woking in the National League.
Marsh, who had a temporary spell with Scunthorpe United last season before a broken foot disrupted his campaign, has scored two goals in five appearances for the Reds this term and will be aiming to secure regular first team football.
