Tickets for our trip to Exeter City are on sale from Wednesday at 10am.
Ticket details have been confirmed for our game with Exeter City at St James’ Park.
The match at St James Park on Saturday 7th October is a 3.00pm kick off and the Reds have been issued an allocation of 769 tickets. This allocation is split between 369 seated tickets and 400 standing tickets.
Supporters will be allocated 2 loyalty points for purchasing their tickets in advance. If you are purchasing away game and cup tickets for other people, you must correctly assign the ticket to each individual for every game, even when tickets are on general sale. This will enable us to offer the correct privileges to supporters on occasions when tickets are on restricted sales in the category system.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TICKET STUBS WHEN TICKETS ARE ON RESTRICTED SALE. ONLY TICKETS PURCHASED IN ADVANCE AND CORRECTLY ASSIGNED WILL COUNT TOWARDS ANY REQUESTED QUALIFYING CRITERIA.
Tickets will be sold in the following order:
10am Wednesday 20th September
Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.
9am Friday 22nd September
Tickets are on sale to Centenary Members, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.
9am Monday 25th September
Tickets go on general sale. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters, then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts.
Tickets go OFF sale at the Oakwell Box Office at 12pm on Friday 6th October. All ticket sales and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds past this date.
The prices for this fixture are:
STANDING
Adult 24-64: £20.00
Senior 65+: £17.00
Young Adult 18-23: £17.00
Under 18: £8.00
SEATED
Adult 24-64: £27.00
Senior 65+: £24.00
Young Adult 18-23: £24.00
Under 18: £13.00
Anyone under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by someone aged 18 or above.
Proof of concessions may need to be shown at the time of purchase and on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they will be refused entry with no refund.
There are 3 pairs of tickets for supporters who require the use of a wheelchair. These tickets are situated in the Main Stand near to the away seats. To book these tickets, supporters will need to contact Exeter City direct on 01392 411243 (option 2) or via email to tickets@ecfc.co.uk. There is also one accessible parking space which can be booked the same way.
Official Club Coach Travel departs at 7.30am priced at £43 per seat. We have a strict no alcohol policy. Any Children under 16 who are travelling with us must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18+

There will be a £1 per transaction booking fee for tickets for collection and there will be a £2 per transaction postage fee for tickets purchased to be posted.
