World Mental Health Day (10 October) is a day to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters.
It’s also a day to let people know that it’s okay not to be okay, and that it's fine to ask for help, no matter what you’re going through.
More and more of us are aware of mental health, and what it means. And so many of us still aren't getting the right support.
Awareness is just the start. Now it's time to act.
Looking for mental health support? Call Mind's confidential infoline to speak to a friendly advisor, or take a look at their information pages HERE.
Remember - it's okay not to be okay.
It's okay, not to be okay.
