We are delighted to announce that Barnsley FC Community Trust has been shortlisted for Charity of the Year at the Barnsley and Rotherham Business awards 2023 in association with RNN Group.
The awards are organised by Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce, and they aim to:
The charity has seen major changes over the last 12 months with managerial and staffing changes throughout but has never wavered in its main priority of changing the lives of the Barnsley Community and delivering over a million pounds of funded projects.
As the charity arm of Barnsley Football Club this achievement is an incredible reflection on the unbelievable team that work throughout the Community Trust who show relentless dedication on a daily basis delivering programmes and sessions to the Barnsley Community in areas including, Sports Participation, Education, Health, and Inclusion to help change lives.
