Owen Dodgson spoke to the media ahead of Saturday's trip to Leyton Orient in Sky Bet League One.
ON INTERNATIONAL BREAK
"It was good. We got a few days rest. It was good to get some well-deserved rest in after coming away from a good result away at Exeter. Obviously, we're back in now and the lads have been working hard ready for Saturday."
ON HIS TIME AT BARNSLEY SO FAR
"Yeah, I'm really enjoying it. Good group of lads. Good setup here. I've been very happy with how we've done, how myself has done, we've just got to keep going now. Take each game as it comes and keep improving as a player."
ON LEVELS IN TRAINING
"Coming from a team like Burnley, the standard has always been good there. Coming to Barnsley, exactly the same standard, top level. Intensity, the mentality of all the players, very good. That's what I expected coming to Barnsley and it has definitely shown. The standards are always top in training and we take it into the games and pick up results."
ON LEYTON ORIENT
[On difficulty of the task in hand] Definitely away as well. I played there last season with Rochdale. The fans are good. Good team as well. Our away record has been good this season, hopefully we keep it up. Hopefully, we can six out of six [away wins]. The lads are all confident and ready."
