It’s time to vote for your October Goal of the Month.

The Reds enjoyed a stellar month – going unbeaten and claiming impressive victories at Cambridge United and Exeter City, while also putting Shrewsbury Town to the sword at Oakwell – and you can choose your favourite strike, in association with ngdecor.

We’ve narrowed it down to six contenders, so watch our video and make your decision via the voting link at the bottom of the page!

GOAL A – NICKY CADDEN v CAMBRIDGE UNITED
A flowing team move that deservedly ended in a goal as Callum Styles swept a fine pass out for Corey O’Keeffe, who jinked inside and fired a cross in for his opposite wing-back Nicky Cadden to take down expertly before smashing a low drive into the bottom corner.

GOAL B – JON RUSSELL v CAMBRIDGE UNITED
This proverbial icing on the cake and a first league goal for our Jamaican midfielder since arriving at Oakwell back in January. After Nicky Cadden’s dangerous cross evaded everyone, Josh Benson kept the ball alive and found Jon Russell on the edge of the box, who crashed it into the back of the net first time.

GOAL C – JOHN McATEE v EXETER CITY
The late, late show at St James Park saw Barnsley snatch all three points from a game that could have gone either way. With time running out, the Reds won possession back in a dangerous position and John McAtee found Owen Dodgson out wide before making his way into the box and heading home the resulting cross in front of a jubilant away end.

GOAL D – HERBIE KANE v LEYTON ORIENT
Trailing in the capital, we began the second half brightly and eventually got our reward following a blistering counter-attack that started with Barry Cotter on the right. His cross-field ball found Herbie Kane, who played a one-two with Devante Cole and bent a magnificent strike in off the underside of the bar.

GOAL E – CALLUM STYLES v SHREWSBURY TOWN
There appeared to be little danger when Maël de Gevigney won possession back in his own area, but the Frenchman launched the ball forward into the channel and Devante Cole outmuscled Chey Dunkley and surged forward before laying it on a plate for Callum Styles to have the simplest task of tapping home.

GOAL F – COREY O’KEEFFE v FLEETWOOD TOWN
For long periods in this contest, it appeared as though the Reds wouldn’t find an equaliser against a stubborn and resolute Fleetwood side. But we kept knocking at the door and eventually broke it down when Herbie Kane floated a wonderful ball in for Corey O’Keeffe to plant a diving header into the top corner and rescue a point.
