Jamie McCart provided his reaction for iFollow Barnsley to our 3-0 defeat at Pride Park.
The Reds were beaten on their travels in Sky Bet League One for the first time this campaign as the Rams netted three goals with no reply on Saturday afternoon.
Speaking at full-time, McCart expressed his disappointment with the result and at not being able to send the 2,500 Reds fans that travelled home happy.
"A very tough afternoon. We went in at half-time, we're disappointed to be one nil down. I didn't think there was much in the first half, I actually thought we were the better of the two teams.
"Then the second half, it was unacceptable. The two goals we conceded were really disappointing. The gaffer described it as we needed more passion in our play. I think we could have come away with some points from that game so it's a real disappointment, especially with a great travelling support as well. It's brilliant and we've let them down today so we really need to bounce back and show some character."
