The EFL’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Code of Practice reinforces a commitment to ensuring long-term meaningful engagement with supporters.
This establishes a clear mandatory standard for all EFL clubs to work to. As part of the Reds’ EDI commitment, the Club is required to undertake a yearly equality monitoring survey which aims to support a broader understanding of fanbase diversity.
Consequently, we are asking our supporters to take part in the survey linked below to help gauge important feedback.
