Barry Cotter spoke to the media on Monday afternoon in preparation for our clash with Wycombe Wanderers in Sky Bet League One at Oakwell.
ON LINCOLN DRAW
"We couldn't have asked any more from the lads going down 1-0. We haven't seen that since I came, so to see the mentality shift. It was unbelieveable to then go ahead. We came back in after the final whistle and the first thing we looked at was ourselves. We came in, we looked at ourselves and we were all gutted. It's a point away from home at the end of the day."
ON GOALSCORING RETURN THIS CAMPAIGN
"They [goals] haven't flowed too freely. I wanted to come to a place that, been a wide player, you'd have a bit more freedom. You're involved in the build up play, but you're also involved in the other end. You're not just locking up shop. We're all contributing, it's just the competition that we have there. Whoever is wearing the jersey, you just want them to do their best."
ON HIS TIME AT THE CLUB
"You have to take all the positives. There's still a lot of my game that I need to improve and learn. The big 'C' word - consistency. I'm just hoping to get the chances on the pitch so I can improve."
ON JORDAN WILLIAMS
"Skip! Jordan. There's no way he's 23. He's leaps and bounds compared to how old he is. He's been class on and off the pitch. For me, joining a new club and back in England all alone, since January Jordan has got round me even when I was coming for his spot. I can't speak highly enough of him."
ON IMPORTANCE OF HOME FORM DURING THE SEASON
"We've missed out on a few points at home. We're still figuring things out, even a couple of those home games came when the window was still open. Now we feel like we're finding our feet but we're not shying away from the competition anymore. We're taking the opportunities, instead of giving the shirt to the next man who can play when I'm not in form. We all want to be in form. We're pushing to do one better than last year."
