Barnsley Football Club are pleased to announce that Neill Collins has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month award for October.
Our Head Coach has received recognition for the Reds' unbeaten spell during last month, winning three out of five games.
October saw Collins' side win back-to-back away trips at Cambridge and Exeter, drawing against Leyton Orient and seeing out the month with two home games against Shrewsbury and Fleetwood Town; overcoming the Shrews 3-0 and drawing 2-2 against the Cod Army.
The Sky Bet Manager of the Month judging panel comprises former Reds manager Danny Wilson, Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
The winner of the award will be announced on Friday 10 November.
