While there have been plenty of highs for the Reds over the course of the 22/23 campaign, supporters have also suffered their own personal heartbreak and had to say goodbye to loved ones.
Ahead of our final home game of the regulation season against Peterborough United on Sunday 7 May 2023, Barnsley Football Club will pay respect to those who are sadly no longer with us, whose names will be displayed in our matchday programme and read out at Oakwell before kick-off.
We require your help to compile the list of Reds Remembered and are therefore providing a final reminder for supporters to contact the Club via the following email address: reception@barnsleyfc.co.uk (using the subject line ‘Reds Remembered’ with the names they wish to be included in our end-of-season tribute.
To ensure inclusion in Oakwell Review, we ask for all submissions before 5pm on Wednesday 3 May 2023.
In addition to the names being read out ahead of kick-off, a short video will also be shared across our social media channels.
