With the Early Bird period closing for 23/24 Season Tickets, the Club would like to thank its supporters for their fantastic backing so far.
Launched back in March, our 23/24 Season Ticket campaign gathered the support of the Barnsley community along with some famous faces ahead of the start of next campaign.
More than 8,000 Reds fans have secured their seat during the Early Bird period and will be part of the action next season at Oakwell. We would like to thank everybody, your backing and support is greatly appreciated.
Due to this, we are delighted to be able to donate £8,000 to Reds in the Community, which will help deliver important work in Barnsley.
Head of Foundation at Reds in the Community, Kieron Campbell, added: "It's fantastic that the support of our amazing fanbase has allowed the Club to make a substantial donation to the charitable arm of Barnsley FC in Reds in the Community.
"This money will go a long way to help us deliver on a number of important projects that we carry out across the borough to people of all ages and backgrounds, and for that, we are extremely grateful."
Barnsley CEO, Khaled El-Ahmad, commented on the fantastic figure at this stage of the campaign.
"Thanks to our loyal fans and the commitment they have shown as we've had a great response to our Early Bird season ticket sales. Your support has been phenomenal. Let's keep the positive momentum going as together we continue to improve Barnsley F.C. on and off the pitch.”
There is still time to be part of the action next campaign at home. 22/23 Season Ticket holders have until 31st May to guarantee the same seat next campaign.
A 23/24 Season Ticket comes with a number of perks, including FREE access to home pre-season friendly games this summer, open-training sessions and the cheapest price to watch the Reds at Oakwell across all 23 games!
