Jordan Williams has been recognised for his fantastic February form!
Our right wing-back has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Player of the Month award, playing a big part in our unbeaten February.
The 23-year old racked up two goals and an assist in six games - all from right wing-back.
His first goal contribution came against Cambridge United at Oakwell, doubling our lead with a wonderful volley from range.
With the Reds 3-0 up against Cheltenham and cruising, Williams capped off a fantastic day by crashing the ball off the underside of the crossbar and in after a hooked ball over the top by Herbie Kane.
The Reds welcomed the Rams in the final game of February, Michael Duff's side running out 4-1 winners in front of the Oakwell faithful. Breaking on the right, Williams laid the ball back for Adam Phillips who swept the ball beautifully into the bottom corner, doubling our lead on the afternoon.

The winner of the award will be announced on Friday 10 March. The judging panel for the Sky Bet Player of the Month comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; EFL Chief Executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
