OAKWELL REVIEW | PORTSMOUTH

7 March 2023

We entertain Portsmouth on Tuesday evening – the first of two home Sky Bet League One fixtures in the space of a week.

That means there’s another issue of OAKWELL REVIEW available for you to enjoy reading before the game, at half-time or when you’re back at home.

To celebrate International Women’s Day on Wednesday, this in our dedicated HER GAME TOO matchday programme, which highlights all of the incredible work done behind the scenes by our female colleagues.

Headlining this particular edition is Club Secretary, ELEANOR DOBSON, who discusses her role at Oakwell and what an average day – if there is such a thing in football – looks like.

She also goes onto explain how the growth of women’s football can only be beneficial for the younger generation, and how important it is to have female role models in sport.

You can also read columns from two board members, JEAN CRYNE and JULIE ANNE QUAY as they write about their own personal experiences in football.

As usual, we have an update from the academy where you can keep yourself up to date with the latest fixtures, results and stats from our U21s and table-topping U18s.

There are the traditional nine pages dedicated to Pompey, including LEIGH EDWARDS’ Classic Campaigns feature, while we also focus on their Head Coach, JOHN MOUSINHO.

If statistics are your thing, we’ve got you covered with current League One and Barnsley FC information, too!

You can also familiarise yourself with the latest offers and events at Oakwell, including 30% off all replica kit at the Reds Superstore.

All of this and more in your Portsmouth edition of OAKWELL REVIEW, which is available from in and around the stadium for just £3.50.

Alternatively, you can order online for this to be delivered to your doormat!
