Barnsley FC would like to thank supporters for their patience and understanding following the temporary East Stand closure.
Refunds will be made available to those supporters impacted by the closure on Tuesday evening and not taking up the option to relocate.
For Season Ticket Holders, refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis. Please note, the exact figure will be determined on the price band of your Season Ticket. The Club are in contact with relevant parties to create the most efficient method of running this process. Further information will be shared in due course.
Those impacted who purchased individual match tickets will be eligible for a full refund. Please submit your claim prior to 17:00 on Thursday 9 March. Please email the Box Office (boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk) with your digital ticket receipt. Alternatively, please call 01226 211 183 or visit the Box Office in person with your receipt.
