Our Head Coach has received recognition for the Reds' performance during February!
In a month where the Reds picked up 16 points from six games, Michael Duff is nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month award for February.
The month began in fine fettle, securing an important 2-1 victory away against Oxford United in midweek. That Saturday saw the Reds earn a point on the South Coast, drawing 1-1 with Portsmouth.
Back on home turf, Max Watters and Jordan Williams fired us to victory over Cambridge United despite playing the majority of the match with ten men.
A trip to Port Vale followed on Tuesday night, the Reds running out 3-1 winners on a bobbly pitch in Burslem. We were on the road once again, firing four past Duff's former side, Cheltenham Town without reply.
February was capped off in fine fashion for the Reds, beating Derby County 4-1 in front of a packed-out Oakwell.

The winner of the award will be announced on Friday 10 March. The judging panel for the Sky Bet Player of the Month comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; EFL Chief Executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
