AWAY DAY GUIDE | WYCOMBE WANDERERS

17 March 2023

We head to Buckinghamshire this Saturday as the Reds face Wycombe Wanderers in Sky Bet League One!

Our last visit to Adams Park resulted in a 3-1 victory for the Reds. A Cauley Woodrow penalty scored on the cusp of half-time was added to by a brace from Daryl Dike, despite a sending off for Alex Mowatt in the 73rd minute.

The address for Adams Park is:

Adams Park
Hillbottom Rd,
High Wycombe
HP12 4HJ

The away seating at Adams Park can be found in the East Stand.

The car parks situated at the stadium are sold out. Only supporters with a pre-paid pass will be granted access to the car parks on site.

If you have booked a blue badge/accessible parking bay, please arrive prior to 2pm to ensure you have access to your space.

There is some availability at Millbrook School on Mill End Road (HP12 4BA) on a first-come-first-served basis, one mile from the stadium, around a 20 minute walk from Adams Park.

The gates for this car park will be open at 12pm and will be locked at 7pm.

There will be parking restrictions and traffic wardens present in the local area to the stadium on matchday. Please park sensibly and ensure you are not blocking access for emergency vehicles or residents.

A number of independent car parks are available on the approach to the stadium.

High Wycombe Railway Station is situated two and a half miles away from Adams Park.

Reds fans will have exclusive use of the Away Fan Village, close to the car park entrance. There will be food and drink available to purchase. The Village opens at 12pm.

Adams Park is a cashless stadium; there is no cash accepted at any outlet.

“Barnsley are a very good team that like to press high. They've got a lot of energy and that they have a lot of quality. They know their formation and structures and their tactics are very good. They are a well-drilled team and it will be a tough game.”

The gaffer's take

"Wycombe will be a tough game, we know that. That's not just me rolling out lines - they beat us 3-0 at our place. They were in the Championship last year. They've done well in this division in the last few years. They're not 'little Wycombe".

We look forward to seeing you Reds in the away end on Saturday!
