Barnsley will face Tranmere Rovers in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
We will welcome Rovers to Oakwell on Tuesday 8 August in a 7:45pm kick-off.
Our previous meeting with the League Two outfit came in January 2021, the Reds running out 2-0 winners in the third round of the FA Cup at Oakwell.
