Fun for all the family in store at our annual Open Day on Saturday 29 July!
We open our gates at 11am ahead of a fun-filled day in and around Oakwell - entry is FREE!
The day will finish with the Reds taking to the pitch for the final time in pre-season as we welcome Crewe Alexandra for a 3pm kick-off.
However, before the whistle blows we have plenty to look forward to and get involved in with in our East Stand car park!
We will have a funfair outside Oakwell, along with a mobile bike and scooter skate park courtesy of RampUP!
Prizes are up for grabs in our penalty shootout competition! Fancy your chances? Head down to the penalty zone to test your luck!
Our fantastic emergency services will be bringing display vehicles to have a look around and to learn more about the vital work they do in our community and beyond.
Some fantastic organisations will also have stalls to provide more information about their work, such as Weston Park Cancer Charity, Yorkshire Air Ambulance and our very own Barnsley FC Community Trust!
BOPPAA, or Barnsley Older People Physical Activity Alliance, will be on hand to provide Health MOTs, with the aim of increasing the provision of physical activities for older people in Barnsley. Improving strength and balance, reducing social isolation and raising awareness of the benefits of being more active and preventing trips and falls.
As well as all this, our Fan Zone will be up and running with live music and special guests to build up to kick-off!
Enjoy the entertainment with food from our vendors in attendance, washed down with a drink from our outdoor bar.
Rounding off the day will be our final pre-season friendly game of the summer, as we welcome Crewe Alexandra in a 3pm kick off.
Representing the first opportunity to greet Head Coach, Neill Collins, the match is FREE for all 23/24 Season Ticket holders, who will be able to enter the East Stand using their season cards.
Match tickets will be priced at £10 for adults, £5 concessions.

We will only be opening the East Stand (unreserved seating) for this fixture, whilst the majority of Open Day activities will be taking place in the East Stand car park area, as per previous years.
