The Club would like to an issue an update regarding loyalty points for postponed fixtures.
Following feedback from our recent 'An Evening with Barnsley FC' event, the Club would like to notify supporters of a change in protocol regarding loyalty points.
Fans wishing to redeem a refund following a postponed fixture will now also see their loyalty points refunded to be used for future matches.
Loyalty points will be refunded in the forthcoming days.
