Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Danny Benson has joined Bradford Park Avenue on a one month youth loan.
The young defender, who made his senior debut in our Papa John’s Trophy fixture against Lincoln City back in August, will link up with the National League North outfit until the end of March.
Benson has featured 12 times for our U21s in the Professional Development League and will be aiming to benefit from regular first team football over the next month.
The 19-year-old could be in contention for Bradford’s trip to Peterborough Sports at the weekend, with the Green Army looking to ease their relegation fears.
