Our U18s boss spoke exclusively to iFollow Barnsley ahead of his side's FA Youth Cup third round tie with Lincoln City at Oakwell on Friday evening.
The young Reds welcome the Imps in a 6:30pm kick-off looking for a place in the fourth round of the competition following victory last time out against Yorkshire rivals Bradford City.
With a game on the pitch iminent and another good occasion for the team to savour, the former Barnsley defender was asked about the approach in preparing for this one.
"The same as every game really," began Eaden. "We've watched Lincoln, got to know their strengths and weaknesses, done a bit of work on that. I feel every game we go into we're looking for result first and foremost but obviously a decent performance on top of that."
