iFOLLOW PURCHASE ERROR FIX

We are aware of an issue affecting some users when attempting to purchase an iFollow pass.

The issue is affecting some users when attempting to purchase an iFollow pass and occurs when a user attempts to add a new payment card that already exists in their account or when trying to add a card that exceeds the number allowed on one account.

To fix this issue, when at the payment stage of the checkout, click ‘Existing payment method’ as per the screenshot below – this will then allow a card to be chosen that is already on the account and then ‘pay with this card’ can be clicked.
