The Reds head off on their first away journey of the 23/24 season on Saturday, making the long trip to the West of England Combined Authority (yep), to take on Bristol Rovers on matchday two of the new Sky Bet League One campaign.
Last weekend's 7-0 thumping of Port Vale at Oakwell was the perfect start to new beginnings, but our hosts on Saturday afternoon at 3pm will undoubtedly prove a far sterner test for Barnsley in this one.
