Our wing-back spoke to iFollow Barnsley after the Reds were beaten 3-1 by Peterborough United on Tuesday evening at Oakwell.
Three late goals by the visitors put the Reds to the sword, despite taking the lead through Barry Cotter just after the restart.
Cadden spoke of the team's acknowledgment that performance levels were not at the standard the Reds demand of themselves day in, day out.
"We're all disappointed in there," began the Scot. "I feel like we've done really well for 60 minutes then we sat off and invited pressure. That's not like us. The good thing about football is that in the next few days, we've got another game to make it right."
Despite the disappointing nature of the result, the 26-year-old emphasised the need to put the game behind the team and take lessons to take into the next game, in which we welcome Oxford United on Saturday 19 August in a 3pm kick-off at Oakwell.
"We know when we've done wrong in there. We can look back on it Thursday, put that to bed, and get focused for Oxford because the games come thick and fast. Every game is as important as the next."
