Jon Russell sat down with the media to discuss our upcoming Sky Bet League One game with MK Dons on Saturday.
ON MINUTES AGAINST IPSWICH
"It was a really good feeling to get back on the pitch. Especially in a game like that as well, full house. Big game to be playing in, so it's good for me."
ON TWEAKING HIS GAME
"It's been a fun process, I've enjoyed it. It's been a lot of learning and settling into a new environment. Everyone's helped me massively. As time goes on I'm going to get used to it and the club, I'm enjoying it. This is football. Things are always going to change, you've just got to adapt to it. It's a learning process."
ON CURRENT MENTALITY OF SQUAD
"Everyone's looking forward to the play-offs. We're a solid team, everyone is confident in themselves. Everyone encourages everyone. It's a young squad. Everyone's got that energy to push this club to the Championship. There's a good feeling in the camp."
ON WORKING UNDER MICHAEL DUFF
"He's one of the realest managers I've come across. He speaks to me face-to-face, doesn't come up with nonsense. He's a top manager."
