As ever, the winners of the end-of-season awards will be presented with their trophies prior to our final home game, against Peterborough United at Oakwell on Sunday 7 May (12pm kick off).
With both the Goal and Player of the Season winners decided by fans' votes, we'll also have the Community Player of the Season award, the Young Player of the Year award and Academy Player of the Season award dished out ahead of kick off against Posh.
