"I was really impressed. I was fortunate to be involved in that being on the bench, being around the boys.

ON MATCH FITNESS
"I did a long spell over there [America], I played mainly every game other than missing a couple from suspensions.
"I do feel really fit, I'm ready to be involved as soon as I'm needed and I'm looking forward to it."

"It's a big game for me. I've never had chance to play against them before. I've been at Stoke since the age of eight and I've never played against them so this is a massive game for me personally."
