Barnsley Football Club can announce the departure of Joe Ackroyd on a month-long loan deal to Guiseley AFC.
The Barnsley youth product will link up with the Northern Premier League Premier Division side until 26 October.
Ackroyd made his debut for the Club in January 2021, playing in our third-round FA Cup win against Barrow AFC.
The 21-year-old has made two appearances so far this season, both coming in the Papa John’s Trophy, including a start against Newcastle U21s last week.
