Barnsley Hospice is a charity that have provided specialist palliative care and end-of-life care to local people living with a life-limiting illness and those close to them for over 25 years.
The design made its debut on the front of our shirt at Bolton Wanderers in the Emirates FA Cup, the Reds running out 2-1 winners in the first round of the competition.
Martine Tune, Chief Executive and Chief Nurse at Barnsley Hospice, explained how much the partnership means when addressing the players on Friday morning prior to training:
"We really want to emphasise at the hospice how excited the staff are at Barnsley Hospice that you guys are wearing our logo on your shirts.
"They are so excited and proud that you are supporting them and helping raise the profile of the hospice."
