A charity football match has been organised in memory of former Reds defender, Chris Barker.
The game will be held at Roots Hall, the home of Southend United, whom Chris also represented from 2010 to 2013, on Saturday 28 May at 3pm.
One team will be made up of Chris’ old Shrimpers teammates, while the other will contain players from clubs he used to play for throughout his 18-year career.
Should supporters wish to attend this event, tickets can be purchased here (or you can scan the QR code on the image below) and cost £5 for adults and £1 for under 16s, with all proceeds raised being donated to Mind as organisers hope to reach a target of £5,000.
