BURROWS AND CAULEY SURPRISE REDS SUPPORTERS

14 March 2022

With the help of Club Partner, Burrows, our captain, Cauley Woodrow acted as chauffeur on Saturday for a very special Reds supporter.

Using a Kia EV6 supplied by our friends at Burrows, on Saturday prior to our home fixture with Fulham in the Sky Bet Championship, Reds' skipper, Cauley Woodrow made the day of a special Reds-supporting family.

Jodie Morgan suffers from kidney disease and is also mother to young Louie George who has had to cope with a number of life-altering health conditions.

Woodrow picked up Jodie from her Barnsley home a few hours before kick-off, then chauffeured her to Oakwell where she and her family were treated to complimentary hospitality in our executive suites.

Little Louie, who was mascot against Accrington Stanley in March of 2019, carried out by Woodrow on that occasion, was given the same treatment against Fulham this time, with Mads Andersen carrying him onto the Oakwell pitch ahead of kick-off.

We'd like to thank Burrows for helping us facilitate this for the family and we hope Jodie, her partner, Tom, eldest son Jake and of course, the amazing Louie George had a wonderful afternoon with us here at Oakwell.
