A day of football, food and funfairs is in store for Reds supporters at Oakwell on July 16!
Our annual Open Day returns in 2022 for the first time in three years, and will feature three Barnsley FC teams playing matches, along with various other attractions throughout the day!
Kicking us off will be our U18s, who will take on Lincoln City U18s on the Showcase at 12:00pm. Barnsley Ladies will then take to the Astroturf, taking on opposition at 1.30pm.
To round off our festival of football, the first team will face opposition to be confirmed on Oakwell, kicking off at 5:30pm.
The match will be free to attend for all 2022/23 season ticket holders!
Whilst all of this footballing action is taking place, there is plenty for people of all ages to get stuck into and enjoy, in and around Oakwell!
We will have a funfair situated in the East Stand Car Park, along with our Open Day FanZone where you can enjoy music, interviews, food and drinks, all hopefully in the sunshine!
Furthermore, we will have a Kids Zone set up in our indoor centre hosted by Reds in the Community featuring inflatable games for the little ones and competitive parents and guardians no doubt!
Following the full-time whistle there will be an opportunity to meet the first-team squad in the East Stand car park for autographs or pictures!

Don't forget, the Reds' pre-season friendly schedule kicks off this coming weekend, with a short trip to Worksop Town, but only after Oakwell hosts a free BBQ!
