Plenty going on this week for the Club both on and off the pitch!


Crewe Alexandra U21 vs Barnsley U21 | Professional Development League | Alexandra Park | 1pm KO4


Our U21s travel to Crewe on Monday lunchtime in PDL action, their first league fixture since a 3-0 defeat at Turf Moor against Burnley U21s on 14 November.

The Alex last time out faced Sheffield United on November 25, losing out by three goals to nil in South Yorkshire and are currently situated at the foot of the PDL table.



Danny Wilson book signing | Reds Superstore, Oakwell | 4pm - 6pm


Danny Wilson will be in our very own Reds Superstore on Wednesday evening to sign copies of his recently released autobiography, 'I Get Knocked Down'.

Just in time for a Christmas gift, Danny will also be on hand for any photos in the Reds Superstore at Oakwell! Reds fans can park in our South Stand Car Park on the evening free of charge, so make sure to come down and get your hands on a copy of Danny's autobiography and meet the man himself!

Our Head Coach will give his thoughts ahead of our Sky Bet League One clash with Oxford United on Saturday 10 December.

Birmingham City U18s vs Barnsley U18s | Professional Development League | Wast Hills Training Ground | 11am KO

After a short spell away from league action, Nicky Eaden's men return to PDL action with a trip to Birmingham City on Saturday.

A very young U18s team lost 2-1 against Doncaster Rovers in the PDL Cup at Oakwell on Saturday morning, and will be looking to stay at the top of the table as they travel to the Midlands this weekend.

Oxford United vs Barnsley | Sky Bet League One | Kassam Stadium | 3pm KO

We travel to the Kassam Stadium on Saturday for back-to-back away games in Sky Bet League One, our first visit to the U's since January 2019.

Michael Duff's men will be looking to build on an impressive 2-1 away victory to Peterborough United last Friday, a victory that secured four wins on the bounce in the league for the Reds.

Saturday's hosts drew 1-1 on the road at Accrington Stanley last time out, currently lying 14th in the Sky Bet League One table.
