Our Head Coach previewed Friday night's clash at the Weston Homes Stadium for the assembled press.
ON INJURIES
"Nors (James Norwood) will be fine. Jordan, we will make a late call on. We were hoping he was going to be fit last week but he wasn't. It's still not quite where we want it to be. We'll make a late decision on that.
"Nors should be fine, it was a dead leg. It was pretty painful, pretty sore in the early part of the week but he'll be fine by tomorrow night."
ON WHAT HAS PLEASED THE GAFFER IN RECENT GAMES
"The amount of chances we've created in those games. We changed the shape because we felt that we were good without the ball but we weren't good enough with the ball. We went four games without scoring a goal, not to say we won't go back to that.
"We've created quite a few chances in the games that we have won. That's been pleasing, we've looked to change something and it has worked. The players deserve the credit, because they have taken on, not new information because we worked on it in pre-season, but that's the beauty of it because now we can flip between the two."
ON PETERBOROUGH UNITED
"We've been to some of the big boys already. We've been to the top three, all away from home. Other than Plymouth, Peterborough have got the best home record, I think they've conceded four goals.
"So we know what we're up against. A good manager, a good team. A manager that knows the league. They bounce between the two leagues quite a lot in the last few years. It's going to be tough."
ON GRANT McCANN
"I know Grant really well, he's a really good friend of mine. We used to room together at Cheltenham and at Northern Ireland. I'm the godparent of his oldest child. It's fair to say we've stayed in contact!
"He's done brilliantly. As a player, you wouldn't have thought he'd be the sort to go into this side of it. You talk to other people, everyone says how good he is. I'm looking forward to seeing him and hopefully we'll have the three points when I go in the office afterwards."
