Our Head Coach sat in front of the press ahead of our trip to Oxfordshire on Saturday in Sky Bet League One action.
"(On Tom Edwards injury) He's not too bad. It's not as bad as we first feared. I don't know whether he will be ready for the weekend.
"Josh Benson was a hamstring, he's looking at 2-4 weeks. He's been scanned, so again it's another body down. The positive to that is Matty Wolfe has trained this week. Wolfie's not match fit, but he should be involved in some sort of capacity."
ON CURRENT MENTALITY OF THE TEAM
"We know that confidence is high. But, there's that sort of balancing act between confidence and arrogance. You've still go to do all the nitty gritty, minute by minute things in a game. You have to do it over again, it doesn't owe you anything.
"Just because you were good in the last one doesn't mean you'll be good in the next one. You've got to tick all those boxes but when the ball does come to you, they should have that air of confidence.
"I thought the way we started the Peterborough game, on the front foot, looked like a confident team, ready to go."
ON OXFORD UNITED
"They only just missed out last year, they got play-offs two years before that. Everyone knows Karl's teams, they'll be expansive, forward thinking. They'll keep the ball, they'll pass it.
"They'll be more interested in what they do than what we do, that's how Karl works. It's what has brought them success. They've got some really good players. Unbeaten in nine, they've obviously steadied the ship since that poor start and they're starting to come out if it in a positive way.
"They're better than what their league position suggests, the fact they're unbeaten in nine tells you that."
ON RECENT AWAY FORM
"I look at the Derby game, I don't think we deserved to get beat at Derby. The away support has been magnificent. It is nice to go over, it's a nice feeling on Friday night and the only people you can hear in the crowd are your fans.
"It will be another long trek on Saturday but hopefully we can give them a good performance and watch the England game on the bus and celebrate that."
