BALLOTING FAQS

11 May 2021

For those unsure about the balloting process for Monday's play-off tie against Swansea City, please see the below frequently asked questions.

The ballot will be open for 24 hours, from 12 noon on Tuesday 11 May, closing on Wednesday 12 May at 12 noon.

All 20/21 seasonal members. Please note, U12s must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

You can login to enter the ballot here.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the reset process that is found on the login page.

The Box Office at Oakwell is open from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday to assist with queries.

Alternatively, you can call 01226 211183.

Please note, you will need an email address to access your match ticket.

Each unique client reference number can only be entered into the ballot once.

This means you cannot enter once as an individual and once as a group.

You are welcome to add up to six family and friends (they must also be eligible season ticket holders to be entered into the ballot) to your ballot application.

If successful in the ballot, you will recieve your full allocation.

Parties will not be split up.

Ticket prices for this leg are as follows:

Adult

£25

Senior / Young Adult

£15

Under 19

£10

Under 12

£5

On initial application, each ticket will display a provisional price of £25. However, successful applicants will be charged the correct ticket price, as per each individual’s relevant category. Those unsuccessful will not be charged.

Payment will be taken from successful applicants upon fulfilment of the balloting process on 12 May, with digital ticket distribution to follow no later than 5pm 14 May.

Unfortunately, our ticketing system will automatically allocate all tickets.

The C.K.Beckett South Stand, Investment Room East Stand and the North Stand will be in operation. It will not be possible to guarantee a specific seat and you may be allocated seating that is not in your regular stand.

If any supporters have problems in accessing the ballot, please contact the Box Office - 01226 211 183, memberships@barnsleyfc.co.uk.
