Mick McCarthy (Cardiff City)
Has made an astounding impact in south Wales, re-igniting Cardiff’s promotion ambitions as they collected 19 points from a possible 21. His man-management skills were evident in his handling of mercurial, if fitful, midfielder Harry Wilson.
Mark Warburton (Queens Park Rangers)
Warburton’s side had been slowly sinking. February’s fixtures didn’t augur well with games against high-flying Watford, Brentford and Bournemouth, but all three were beaten as Rangers amassed 13 points from six games.
