With the fantastic news that supporters are set to return to stadia for the 21/22 campaign, Barnsley FC would like to provide a short update.
Everyone at Oakwell would like to thank Reds fans for their faultless support, understanding and patience throughout an unprecedented 12 months.
Despite the distance, you have continued to make a difference in the most difficult of circumstances. Thousands committed to a membership for the 20/21 campaign and the Club rallied, reacting to your resolute support.
Our thanks go out to all those individuals who backed the Club in the most testing of times. Members, Commercial Partners, those who purchased iFollow Barnsley passes and retail items, Centenary members. When things were bleak, you stood firm.
Despite everything we've faced, together, the pride, the passion, the sense of belonging, it still remains.
The UK Government’s ‘roadmap’ provides tentative hope that the new campaign will bring a sense of normality.
That optimism allows for transparency regarding plans for the forthcoming 21/22 season. Processes are underway to understand stadia capacities and allowances but as per Government guidance. That first game back will be something truly special.
Therefore, in anticipation of that moment, we are in a position to announce Membership prices and entitlements for next season.
In a break from tradition, the Club have set two pricing structures, one exclusive for renewals, the other for new sales. These prices will remain regardless of our divisional status come the new season. Even though we have launched a month earlier than usual, the typical time frames will remain in place:
1 March – 30 April = Early Bird period
Early bird prices will be available to supporters up until 11:59pm, Friday April 30. Following this date, full prices will come in to effect.
1 March – 30 April = Renewal Discount period
All renewing members can take advantage of a discounted seasonal price, up until 11:59pm, Friday April 30. Following this date, full prices will come in to effect.
1 May onwards = Full Prices
31 May = All unrenewed seats become available
Renewing members have until 31 May to keep their same seat for the next season. Following this date, all ‘held’ seats within Oakwell will become live for other supporters to reserve.

As a gesture of appreciation for those who supported the Reds last season by purchasing a Reds Reserved membership, we offer (up to) £50 discount from early bird pricing and a rollover of existing loyalty points.
Reds Reserved+ members will receive both of the benefits mentioned above, whilst also obtaining Barnsley FC related vouchers (value of £50) and a 21/22 replica shirt of their choosing.
