Barnsley welcome Chelsea to Oakwell on Thursday 11 February in an 8pm kick-off.
The BBC and BT Sport will broadcast three and five fixtures respectively following an Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round that attracted a total of 25,500,000 viewers.
Each Club in the Emirates FA Cup Fifth Round will receive a £97,500 live broadcast fee and the confirmed details for each fixture is as follows:
