Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Keaton Ward has had his contract terminated by mutual consent.
The 20-year-old midfielder joined the Reds’ U23 set-up in July 2019 following a successful trial period and has since had loan spells with FC United of Manchester, Gainsborough Trinity and Ilkeston Town.
